Schenectady-based company donated apparel, participated in fundraiser
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (Dec. 23, 2016) — Schenectady-based P&P (Printz & Patternz), a family-owned and operated marketing and promotions company, partnered again with New York Giants cornerback Trevin Wade to support raising funds for homeless youth living in N.J.-based Covenant House.Wade hosted a charity bowling event, alongside fellow New York Giants players, on Monday, Dec. 19 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Stryxe in Madison, N.J. The event, hosted alongside Strikes4Kids, will served as the launch of the Trevin Wade Foundation, which aims to raise funds to provide essential support for youth in need.P&P donated more than 200 custom t-shirts for the event.
“We’re proud to stand alongside Trevin Wade and lend our support to helping homeless youth in the tri-state area,” said Dan Crowley, president and founder of P&P. “Our company, in its nearly ten years in business, has supported hundreds of charitable organizations and causes and giving a boost to homeless youth, especially during the holiday season, is incredibly important to us.”Wade’s commitment to youth has extended to Upstate New York. Last December, Wade had taken 20 Capital Region youth shopping for the holidays as part of Big Brothers, Big Sisters at a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Latham.P&P team members participated in the bowling tournament.
